Well its been a long time since I've put anything up on here but I've hit my one year mark as of yesterday Jan 2. 08. I have lost a total of 114 pounds and I'm only 2 pounds a way from my goal. This year I plan on stepping up my works at the gym I have a lot of toning to do cause I can't stand the giggles. I have 3 months before my husband comes home from being over in kuwait and I want to knock him off his feet when he see's me again.

Well its almost six months and I've lost a total of 76 pounds I'm under the 200 mark and I'm feeling good. I'm feeling good but I really haven't been working out I've been busy trying to sell my house and getting ready to move back to florida, but once I get there I'll be joing a gym. I still have troubles with drinking just about everything. About the only thing I can drink is water and I can't stand it anymore I need a change and soon. I really can eat just about anything but I watch what I eat. But so far everything is going good..

Well I just over 3 weeks and my weight loss has stoped. I've been at 240 all week and its driving me nuts. Since the surgery I've only lost 19 pounds. I'm just hoping that I'll start losing again soon. I have a doctor appt on monday so I'll have to wait and see what the doc tells me. I just need to put the scale away and  quit looking at everyday..lol 

02/15/07  Just wanted to give an update on how things are going. Since my surgery I've lost 19 pounds and a total of 26 pounds from my highest weight when i first went for the wls. I'm doing prett good going into my 3rd week since surgery and started eating tuna and some other things. So far so good haven't had any problems.  Wanting to get more protein but kinda hard cause I'm having a hard time doing the shakes. They gross me out!!   Need to find other ways of getting protein.

Well today I got my drain taken out and I have to say that had to be the weridest feeling ever. but I'm glad its gone so now I can get on with my recovery. Doc said that I need to start drinking more cause I wasn't drinking enough so I'll be working on that. So Far I have lost a total of 18 pounds. Pretty good so far I just hope they keep falling off.
