"This is a wonderful place to be if you have to be in the hospital...."

James Wallace

"My first inpression of Dr. Wallace was that he was very serious. I was even a bit afraid of him! He was sooo wonderful throughout the whole process and especially after surgery. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. He is my hero! rnThe office staff in Milwaukee is wonderful. Because I traveled quite a ways for my appointments, they worked with me on times, etc. They did everything I needed them to do and then some....rnThe program that Dr. Wallace runs is strict and you must be serious. If you take your job seriously and comply with all the requirements, Dr. Wallace and his team will make it happen for you! The pre and post operative periods are very important. If you don't want to put years into your healthcare, don't go to Dr. Wallace. He will work with you every step of the way as long as you make the commitment and hold up your end.rnThe aftercare program is spelled out for you in the initial seminar that you attend. There will be follow-up for at least 5 years post-op, so be prepared to follow-through.rnAll the risks are spelled out and carefully gone over before any insurance paperwork is sent in. They also go over each and every possible problem at your pre-op appointment.rnI would rate Dr. Wallace and his team a 10 out of 10. The bedside manner is important, but the competence is the most important...rnrn"
