I went today to see my coordinator and I was so thrilled that I had only almost gained 1 lb. I was so afraid that it was going to be alot more that that. I told her that I have started on this website and that I am trying to get my motivation back. She said that she is seeing a lot of this because of the holidays. She said that she believes that I am doing pretty good considering it has been 6 months since I have been there and Dr. Cox actually took some of the saline out of my band. I think that I may have just needed her encouragment. I feel much better now. I did go to JC Penney andbut a pair of jeans size 14 and I plan on wearing those by March. I have to go see my dr. on Thursday and hopefully I will be scheduled for a adjustment one day next week.
