Less than a month to go! Jan. 11th is my surgery date and I'm getting really excited. It's going to be like Christmas all over again!I'm looking for any suggestions regarding how to prepare for the many changes that are going to take place. In fact, I'd like to start changing some things now. Any ideas on how to start implementing some new lifestyle changes?
