Angela-Good luck with your upcoming surgery! It is a very exciting time. It helped me to look at this as my first step to a healthier (and it turns out happier too) life. One step at a time-remember to sip, walk and then sip some more. I look forward to following your progress.

Angela, I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers during your upcoming surgery and recovery. I pray that you have an uneventful surgery and a very quick recovery. Something that helped me during those first few days was "just remember everyday you will feel better". At first I questioned that, but slowly it did get better. Best of luck. Patty
