Seeing the Doc Today!!!

Well today is my first visit with Dr. Glass. I am so so so so so very excited!!!! I can't wait to get this going and get working on the other appointments!!! I have waited to get going on this again for a very long time and it is finally here!!!! I have some weekly goals but that will be discussed in the next blog!!!I hope everyone is well and having a great week!!!

My Pre-op Goal...

OK here they are, my pre-op goals are....
1)Lose 45-55 lbs
2)Change my eating habits now (protien shakes, healthier foods cut the candies and snacks that are bad!!)
3)Get in the mind set that i can handle this I CAN do it!!!
4)Stop letting my relationship and personal crap get in my way!!!
5)Start exersizing in our gym(I need to utilize what I have!!)
6)Fin a workout buddy or two!!!!
I woulds like to find someone that would appreciate the use of a full workout facility and an accountability buddy!!!
Well those are my goal for my pre-op period I hope everyone is doing well on their paths to a healthier you!!!

I am starting this process over... let me explain. I started the pre surgery tests in 2005 in California, I spent over 3 years on a waiting listcome to find out that i was waiting because the hospital wasn't up to code for medicare so i went through the whole process for nothing. In the mean time i had 2 children and gained 150# so now I am a 380# mother of 3 that won't make it to 40 if I don't get this surgery!!! I am ready to do everything i need to to make this life saving change. I went to the seminar last week and I have my appointment with Dr. Glass on Feb 12. I just hope this gets rolling so i can get the surgery in the next 6 months. I just wish i could find people in my area that are looking for people to work out with, I have free access to a 1450 sq foot fully equipt gym but I don't want to work out alone, I am in the St. Cloud area if anyone is interested!!! message me!!
