It has been 4 months 1 week I have dropped 121 lbs I don't get very hungry  and i'm working at the gym This month i have hardly drinked any water which is bad for me I need it so much ! My hair is starting to come out so i'm desperately looking for  some things i can eat  to give me extra iron Life is better and i'm so blessed every day to be waking up healthier
Any ideas would be appreciated Thanks Robin

DOING BETTER NOT GETTING SICK ANYMORE .I AM ABLE TO EAT SMALL PIECES OF MEAT NOW.I WALK AROUND THE LAKE I HAVE JOINED THE Y.I HAVE SO MUCH MORE ENERGY NOW THAN BEFORE .WENT TO THE FAIR LAST NIGHT GOT ON TWO RIDES EVEN PUT MY FRIEND IN THEIR WITH ME THE BAR CAME DOWN AND I STILL HAD ROOM
 SO I'M VERY HAPPY I DID THIS .IT HAS BEEN 9 WEEKS AND I HAVE LOST 81 LBS  ENJOYING MY NEW LIFE

MY GOODNESS I KNEW THIS WOULD BE HARD BUT I FEEL LIKE I' M STARVING .BROTH ,APPLESAUCE,COTTAGE CHEESE  PEREED BABY FOOD .I'M GETTING SO SICK OF THIS FOOD. 17 DAYS OUT FROM MY SURGERY NEED SOME IDEAS OF WHAT TO EAT WHERE I WON'T GET TIRED OF THE SAME STUFF EVERY DAY .I HAD THE FOBI POUCH .PLEASE SOMEONE LET ME KNOW WHAT I'M ABLE TO EAT.ANY SUGGESTIONS TIPS OR ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS WILL BE MOST APPRECIATIVE.  THANKS ANGELFACE

Well one week after my surgery ! Boy is it different being on the other end of the comments before and after surgery that is a big difference.I was not even hungry the first few days .I have been sore a little in the stiches area.Having a problem knowing which protein powder is the best any suggestions? Any help from anyone will be appeciated as to what to expect in the next few weeks.I have lost 19 lbs since my surgery July 25th Thanks Robin

getting ready to start the body cleansing prep for surgery in the morning .So excited this is an oppurtunity of a lifetime will be glad when i'm finally happy ,healthier for a new life to do te things i love .Anyone with suggestions ,ideas, things to talk about the surgery or just everyday struggles i would love to hear from anyone .Especially anyone in Rome,Ga or surrounding ares .Hope everybody has a great day .The lord has blessed me way more than ever imagine.   Thanks Robin
