First visit with the Dr

Well it went well today. Dr said I lost 15 so far and am ahead of schedule!  Sure did tire out while out today, will have to plan better next time, any suggestions?
Got some Itailan wedding soup on the way home, pureed and yum yum!! Will be on liquid puree for a little over 2 more weeks for a total of 4 weeks. Ok with me so far.
