Uh Oh, constipation

Still on liquid pureed, I think when I had the egg salad it was too thick. And the Dr approved me to take my capsules whole, but worry about the capsule material clogging. So now have been dealing with constipation. Not to bad, I can go but I still feel full and don't want to eat. Suggestions?
