Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Hi, It has been well over a week now since I've had these symtoms that make me feel sick and unable to accomplish my daily living stuff. I do have hypothyroidism and have been taking meds for it for 27 years.Dr took blood and said I may not be absorbing enough of that dose, but wait a week and redo to be sure. In the meantime I am exhausted the minute I get out of bed. Symptoms are: shortness of breath, dizzy, unsteady on my feet, flushing (had surgical menopause 9 years ago), very cold shivers, and general malaise.
Is this familiar with anyone? Any ideas?
