Lyme disease

My 11 year old grandson was in the hospital today for a spinal tap to determine if he has Lyme disease and if so Lyme Meningitis. Well the results just came in positive in both cases. He will have to get intravenous antibiotics for the next month. They will put an outlet in his chest so he can get these meds at home with the aid of a nurse.

Be careful out there, these ticks can get you without you even knowing it. I just pray that this medication takes care of it without any residual physical problems.
