Hi. I did it! When I had surgery I sat my goal at 175 thinking it would be achievable and reasonable for my age. I made it (that is on my home scale...not the doctor's). I am SO excited! I thought I would never have this feeling again. And guess what? I am setting a new goal. 155. I know I can do it!

I am trying, trying to get my picture changed beside my posts. The Question Mark has got to go. I was finally able to get 3 pictures downloaded but dont know how to move them over to the prfile. In case someone is reading this I also need to change my "Hoping to Have surgery", and my signature. Thanks

12-12-07 Struggling with my attitude. I am discouraged with my weight loss. I have discovered that a medicine I am taking for fibromyalgia causes weight gain. But do I have to choose whether to lose weight or to get out of bed? The medicine helps control at least some of the pain.
