Goal

Hi.  I did it!  When I had surgery I sat my goal at 175 thinking it would be achievable and reasonable for my age.  I made it (that is on my home scale...not the doctor's).  I am SO excited!  I thought I would never have this feeling again.  And guess what?  I am setting a new goal.  155.  I know I can do it!
