So, it appears that I haven't been on this site in quite some time.. I had my surgery in October of 2006... Currently I weigh 144#. I seem to maintain that weight fairly well..... I have had a few bumps along the way... In November of 2008, I underwent a tummy tuck/hysterectomy....I had quite a few complications.... Needed to have 4 units of blood transfused... leave it to me to have an undiagnosed clotting disorder... So any other "work" is on hold for the time being.... I don't journal/log my daily food consumption and I am not very faithful about exercising. The one thing that I am good about is weighing myself. I try and weigh myself weekly to make sure that I am keeping on track. I take my vitamins and drink my water...
