Hi Gail, This is Julie, i am pre-op and had always seen your posts. I am thinking of you and wishing you a speedy time outta the hospital. I am sure you will look back on this when you are feeling wonderful and be thankful you did all this, i really will be worth it!!! We all are awaiting your arrival home!! BIG HUGS, Julie

~~ UPDATE ON GAIL ~~ Gail has been readmitted to the hospital this evening. Hopefully they will keep her there this time until her issues are resolved and she can begin to recover. Please continue to keep Gail in your thoughts and prayers. She is beside herself with emotional distress over this situation. She really needs all the support and prayers she can get. PLEASE PRAY FOR MY DEAR SWEET FRIEND!!! Thank you in advance. ((((hugs))))

Hi Gail, I'm not a loser yet, still waiting for approval (maybe soon). I just wanted to add my best wishes for a speedy recovery. I know surgery alone takes alot out of you, let alone this infection! Get lots of rest & know you are in my prayers. God will see you through this don't give up. God Bless Cheryl

Gail, I am just sending you this message to share some more encouragement with you! I am thinking of you often, sending hugs and well wishes to you for a speedy recovery and to have a wonderful journey. I hope that this bump in your path will be over soon and that you will be enjoying the rewards of this great tool that you had so been looking forward too! I am so sorry my dear angel, that you are going through this, please keep your spirits up, I know that is tough to do, and know that you have lots of love and support along with hugs and prayers coming out to you from all of us here at OH! Hi Gail- Just read about your difficult time. Hang in there Girl! You have alot of people rooting and praying for you. This is just a short term set back for a long term better life, please keep telling yourself that, ok. We missed each other in St. Vs, I just got out on Thanksgiving morn. Had to return Mon. the 20th after my surgery on the 14th. I had a large bowel bleed, talk about being weak as a kitten, that was me. Nurse said I lost 1/3 of my blood supply and now I am anemic and have to take Repliva, these pills are huge. I have to crush them taste terrible! So I am back home now and trying to regain my strength. I met Becky in admissions at St. V's and she said she had a bleed at her pouch area when she had her surgery for me to hang in there. Hi Everyone... I just got off the phone with my dear friend Gail and she is not feeling any better today... she is staying constantly nausiated even with prescribed anti-nausia meds. Her surgeon is out of town, they one she just saw was the on-call. Her regular surgeon was on vacation and should be back in the office tomorrow she is thinking. She is going to call him tomorrow. I told her I think she needs to go back to the hospital because she cannot keep anything at all down, not even water. Her open RNY incision is not looking any better, still not healing, and still oozing like crazy. Please pray for God to give her all the strength she needs to get through this bump in the road and that she will be on the road to recovery!! Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. I will keep calling her and checking on her, as she is a VERY dear friend of mine. I will keep you all updated. ((((hugs))))

Gail I just wanted to you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and I sure hope you get better soon. I know that you are having a rough time right now but things will get better for you and we are all cheering for you and just remember that GOD is on your side. Kylie

Gail - I know your strength is waning. I pray that you will feel God's loving arms around you for strength, support, and comfort. I also pray that His healing touch will help get you on the road to recovery. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Karen
