Hi Arlene! Congrats on your recent surgery with Dr. Marymor and the Barix Clinics Hosp!!! I'm glad things are going well and you are well on the road to losing those excess pounds and gaining better health. I pray all continues to go well as you heal. Dr. Marymor was my surgeon over 5 years ago and I've been nothing but happy with my results. Granted this surgery is just a tool and you are the operator of that tool, so follow the Barix Eating Guidelines and you are sure to succeed!
