Well it has been one hell of a journey so far. I have struggled tremedously but i think i am doing ok. I have lost 40lbs so far and i cant wait to see how this turns out. I am stuggling to make good food choices every day. I find myself checking all the nutrient facts on anything i purchase and i have never done that before. I think my brain is molding to the fact that i need to make this work and so my whold system is working together to accomplish this. Since i am unable to get a fill yet due to my insurance problems i think my body has decided to beat the system. Even though i crave certain things when i see them everything in me steers me away from that threat. I belive that i have help from a lap band angel lol because even without restriction i am able to keep on the band wagon. ok well that is it for now.

Well it has been 11 days since i had my procedure and i am finally feeling great. I have to start back to work on monday which i am not to happy about but hey the bills have to get paid. I am sooo happy that i made the decision to do this. It has been a battle but one that i know that i can win. I am down 18 lbs and i cant wait to see how it goes as time moves on. I am so glad that we have this place to go to when we need support and help with our issues.
