Hey everyone..I havent put a post up for a long time because to be honest I havent really been doing anything to help me lose weight. In fact I have been eating a bit more than I should especially over christmas. I have gained 3 kilos or 6 or 7 pounds. Not feeling too good about that. Anyway I am thinking about trying some diet pills to just lose a bit of weight just before the surgery and before I start the liquid diet. The pills my doctor prescribed are called Duramine. Does anyone know about these and if so what do you think about it.
I really want to lose a bit of weight as it is my best friends 30th birthday and I have nothing to wear to that in a few weeks time. I know it is a quick fix but I want to look good on that night.
What should I do?????????????????????
