Two more days until my 3 weeks of 800 calorie days!!! I am gonna do it!! I am looking at it as the recursor to making me fit.  I want my body to be in the best possible shape it can for the size I am!! I want my surgeon happy with me!!! I also want to commit to trying to walk more even if it's just to the end of the driveway and back.  Let me tell ya at almost 500 pounds my knees have had all they can take.  I HURT.  But, I gotta try to puff and blow through it and know that it's for the better of the good!!  See y'all soon!
