ITS A SLOW START BUT I AM ON MY WAY!!!!!

What's going on my OBH fam.. My journey is starting out slow as heck but I think I have a feel for what I want to do. The other day i was bring the baby upstairs from the basement which is about 10 steps might i add. I sat down at the kitchen table and my grandma was like whats wrong with you you cant breath? I told her No and she said you need to do something all the fat is going to build up around your heart. This crushed me and i was like OMG i cant believe she just said that to me.

However as many of you all know i have been looking into the LAP BAND. and i think my mind is made up that is the way i am going to go..  I have been researching a lot of info on it and I feel thats the best way for me to go. However some people i talk to seem to think the bypass would work better i beg the differ. Its my life.

What really made up my mind i have a sister not blood but she is in my social club and she had the LAP BAND done in 2003. I didnt know here then but i do know that she as lost a lot of weight. I have seen her wedding pictures and didnt even know who she was because of her weight. Her success with the band has been great. I know mine might not be that far off but its something i am willing to give a try.

With all that being said when i go to the doc in a few weeks i am going to let her know that i made up my mind on what i wanted to have and i am going to see how we can get the ball rolling.
