"I met Dr. White at an information seminar. He gave the pros and cons of different types of WLS.rnA lot of questions were asked some over and over, it seemed like some people were not good listeners. He never seemed to get impatient with people and was very understanding with some of the repetitive questions.rnThe coordinator Roxie was wonderful, I called her a lot and if she wasn't at her desk she would always call me back promtly.rnThey made special arrangements for me to come back on the Dr.'s day off since I had another appointment in Omaha that day. They went above and beyond."
