I'ts Been a Long Time Since An Update

I didn't even think about updating as I have been so busy. Things are moving sorta of fast.... I have lost down to 289 pounds. I love being in a new set of numbers. That is a total of 83 pounds. I have noticed some changes in my body but still finding it hard to believe. Our support group is having a Valentines Gala Friday and I can't believe all my clothes are too big. I may just wear my clothes baggy. (smile)Our group has a member which owns a clothing exchange and it makes it really handy, so you don't have to buy new clothes that you are going to be out of in weeks. They are moving to a bigger location this week and I can't wait to take up some of my clothes and get some new ones.
I see Dr Marema this Thursday and I am eager to see what he has to say.... I want to travel out of state and want to have a good report.
I am going to attempt to be better about keeping you updated.... Hope everyone is doing great.
