"I liked Dr Carter right off the bat. He is very friendly and explains everything in great detail. Before and after surgery care etc.
He greatly emphasizes aftercare, that this surgery is a lifetime commitment.
He discussed the risks in great detail, and explained the procedure.
I'm alittle disappointed in the office staff tho, they are quick to get you off the phone if you have a question or need info.
I haven't had the surgery yet, but I would give him a 10 so far!!
