Hi Debra, I can so relate to all your going through, but hang in there, your on your way you have a date. I had ryn-open 4/15/03 2 months ago, I am doing fine, loss 80 lbs. You stay positive girl!!

Hi Debra. I read your profile and could really identify with your life----feelings----thoughts---etc.; My name is Lori Ann, I'm married to a man that kinda sounds a lot like yours------and your life sounds a lot like mine. There, hope that doesn't sound too depressing. Anyway, I am nine-months out from RNY surgery and 125 lb slimmer. I've recently moved from MN to SC and feeling pretty lonely. So, if you'd like some support, I would love the opportunity to have the company. Please write sometime, and remember, there really are some others (like me) that are poor, don't have that perfect pink house, husband can be a perfect doormat (at times) and you always feel like your the one holding up the timber. Hey girl, We both have our surgery in August and we both live in Arizona, we rule!!!!! My surgery is August 6th with Dr. Zahn at St. Lukes. I am sending bunches and bunches of best wishes for a safe surgery and a speedy, uncomplicated recovery. Email me if you would like. God Bless

Congratulations on your surgery date, Debra. The time will fly, then you'll find yourself cleaning the house the night before surgery! At least, that's probably what I will end up doing. Good luck to you for an uneventful surgery and a smooth recovery.
