The 2009 me is here. I have found myself once again and I thank God for it.
I need the prayer of everyone in order to stay on it and keep it together.
So, before I go to sleep I pray God that you would direct my feet on a straight and
narrow path. Let it be lit with your light because with you Lord I know I can't go wrong
but i can sustain a healthy and fruitful life. Let my mind be equipped with your word your will
and most of all let my actions be your way. Build me up where I am torn down and most of all give
me strength where i am weak. Let us oh Lord be your sheep that you continuously lead.

I have gained 30lbs and I am on the road to losing them. I have to be a back bone for me and if I don't love me who else will? I am now 13 lbs down from the 30lbs that I need to lose.
