Hi! My name is Holly and I am hoping to start my new life soon. I'm 22 years old and 5'3 and weigh around 260 lbs. I have always been on the chubby side. I was never the skinny girl. The last three to four years my weight has really caught up with me. I am starting to have health problems and I know it will only get worse. I finally decided that surgery is my best option for a better life. I have fought with my insurance company for the last year to approve my Lap-Band surgery and they finally approved it on November 17th! I am going to see Dr. Keith tomorrow and I believe they are shooting for December 20th for my surgery date. I know I have a long journey ahead of me, but I will make it!
