Hey everybody just a quick hello it's been awhile since I posted but it's been 6 years since my surgery  and I'm maintaining my goal weight is 185 as of today I'm at 187.4 it's been a long road with ups and downs but I'm still going yay me I hope all past and future members stay the course because it is so worth it in the end
