Today I had a RFA   procedure on the  lower right part of the spine. This burns the nerves around disk to help provide pain relief. It was very painful during and afterwards for about an hour. I will have  the left side done in two weeks. RFA last for 6-18 months before nerves grow back. I have. little pain now after 6 hours have gone by. I would recommend any one having moderate to severe pain to seek out a pain specialist, with medication and other options you can greatly reduce pain levels. Now with pain being lower no excuse not to exercise. I am looking at a seriously reduce calorie diet to start monday .
