Week 21

No Exercise this week. Been working hard at work, plus it’s the school holidays, and going to the pool is a nightmare. There’s nowhere to be able to aqua-jog without kids jumping on you, splashing you, or the space allocated being too small. I know it’s a poor excuse, and I could have gone walking instead, but I hate walking, it makes my legs hurt so much.
