"The first time I saw Dr. Mann was after he did the endoscopy. I was a bit groggy from the anesthesia but he came across as very caring. I did not see him again until last week. He was very patient with all my questions and answered them in language that I could understand. I have not seen him at his office in Greenville. Dr. Mann and the other doctors in Greenville do a sort of satellite program in Rocky Mount, NC through Nash Hospital. I would prefer to have my surgery there but because of my insurance, I will have to have it at Pitt Memorial in Greenville, thus I have not had much interaction with his staff in Greenville. The staff in Rocky Mount are terrific. Overall I am very pleased with him."
