07/11 228.4 I'm on week three of HCG again.  It's going about 1 pound per day.  I started at 241.  I'm not having any appetite, sticking 98% on plan (lick spoon of food I make for everyone).  I was really tight yesterday and water wouldn't even go down.  I only ended up eating about 250 cals because I could not eat the second meal.  It's better today.

11/1 [224b] Atkins like diet.
11/5[221.8] I'm still doing the Atkin's like diet.  It's pretty easy to do.  I'm not hungry at all anymore (in fact I wonder if my band has somehow tightened).  I can eat all protein and salad comfortably, without chewing it to a liquid.  I never have a stuck.  I love it.  My weight is SLOOOOWLY going down, but it is trending down at least.  Started doing some form of cardio for at least 30min per day.  
Yesterday was the most relaxing day off ever.  I took mom and went to the hot mineral springs resort in Cascade Locks.  I was in the jacuzzi from 3-9pm.  The water wasn't 104 like usual so I was able to stay in the whole time.  Mom and I ended up talking the whole time.  She's decided to do the RNY pretty soon.  She weighs around the 400s I think, so this will be good for her.  I ended up eating 3 eggs for breakfast, and then nothing else the rest of the day.  I wasn't even hungry.  At all.  That may be why I'm down today!
11/7[226]  Must have been dehydrated after the sauna. So what happens? I gain 5 pounds back instantly.  I'm sooooo sick of this, I truly am.  My body is completely and totally suck at the 224-227 range.  It is not letting go.  Time for drastic measures.  I'm meeting a HCG doctor tomorrow and will probably start on that protocol.  I'm sick of dieting.  I'm sick of seeing no results with moderate exercise.  I'm sick of this lapband either acting like a noose or disappearing on me altogether.  I'm just sick of it all!  I wanted to have lost at least 50 pounds by my 1yr bandiversary but it doesn't look like it's going to happen.  I'm disappointed and disheartened.  I'm resorting to a 500 calorie diet and the hcg shots.  If this doesn't help, maybe weightloss is never going to happen for me.  I'll write more after the doc appointment tomorrow.  My sister and mother did this protocol before and had very good results.  They each lost 33 pounds in six weeks.  Without dieting, they've managed to keep it off for over 2 years.  Mom is going back on it because she still has 149ish pounds or so to lose.  I just hope this can break my mid-220s range weight.

11/9 [228.8] -43 pounds in ONE YEAR My bandiversary came and went, and I celebrated today by starting the HCG protocol.  I saw a naturopathic doctor and she recommended some vitamins I should take in addition to the HCG injections.
11/10 [229.4] The two days of eating Olive Garden and pumpkin cheesecake sure shows on the scale! I hope this weight comes off pronto.
11/11 [226.4] I'm really sick of fighting the same weight for over half a year.  How I can not lose weight while barely eating I have no idea. Only a short while ago I was really tight, unable to eat more than 4 bites, afraid of food, and HUNGRY.  Well, now I'm eating 500 calories a day, barely hungry, and wide open lapband and losing weight (so far).  Go figure!  The theory behind HCG is a very low cal diet, and the injections that *theoretically* loosen up stored fat for consumption.  I figure 6 injections over a period of 6 weeks can't hurt in the long run, and meanwhile maybe it will help me continue losing weight while letting my esophagus/stomach rest from the months-long ordeal of being too tight.  I'll probably get flamed for all this, but I made this decision with wide-open eyes and it's the right one for me at this time.
11/12 [223.8=-2.6]
11/13 [223=-0.8] Well, I only lost .8 pounds today.  I wonder if it's because I ate buffalo twice?  Or maybe it's because I didn't meet my 500 Calories. Hmmm...  I will try to go with exactly 500 Calories and no buff today.  Drank a gallon of water.
11/14 [221.6=-1.4] Woohoo... I'm riding a magic wave of euphoria.  I'm getting sooo close to getting out of the 220s.  And this was without dehydrating like crazy in a sauna.  I'm pretty happy right now.  I'm thinking there is still hope for my weight loss.  This weeks alltime high was 229.3, I've lost 8 pounds this week in the last 5 days.  I'm pretty dang happy.  I'm perfectly ok with giving my band a rest and letting these Hcg injections plus the 500 calorie diet work for me until I get to the 170's and then maintaining with the band.  You know, I'm eating 3.5oz of protein and the rest veggies (exactly like the bandster diet) and losing weight!  I'm not sure I was eating 300 calories when I was so restricted and sticking to the protein and veggies.  I guess the best restriction for the band would be to be tight enough that a 1.5cup meal suffices, you aren't always hungry, and you can eat roughly 250Calories per meal.  I don't think I EVER reached that point.  I could either eat too much or too little, never just right.  Maybe that's why the band didn't work so well the last 7 months or so.  I'm taking prenatal vitamins like the doc says I should.  I'm feeling pretty darn good. :)  I'm not really hungry, I just have to fight head-hunger sometimes. 
11/15 [219.8=-1.8] -10 pounds since 11/10.  NEW GOAL: 199 Pounds OMG, I busted my first goal of the 220s!!!  I can't believe it works this well!  I ate 150g of meat instead of the 100s at lunch and dinner, but counted the calories to be 500.  I ate dinner at 5pm yesterday so maybe that's why I lost 1.8 pounds since yesterday.  And yesterday was my no-injection day.  I've been drinking a gallon of water per day too!  I'm pretty darn happy and excited about this.  I don't think my clothes are any looser though... Who knows? I'll take scale weight over fit weight that's for sure! 
11/16 [220.4 =+0.6] Well Debbie's birthday party went very well.  I caved in right around the time I started serving everyone with the plethora of cakes we had!  I couldn't stand it anymore. I only gained half a pound, thank you LORD!!
11/17 [219.8=-0.6] Well Debbie's bridal shower cheat on Saturday night cost me two days of weight loss.  I *think* it was worth it, but I could have been down 2-4 pounds more!  I only had my injection at 5pm because I forgot the other one in the fridge. I started on the weekly injection today and will do them every Saturday from now on.  That little mistake cost me 100 bucks! My conservative short-term goal weight is 197 by Christmas.
11/18 [218.4=-1.4] Yes! I'm back to losing! God this is wonderful! Thank you LORD! I think my 16s are getting a bit looser in the ass and waist and calf.  Not in the thighs yet. No idea about the flabby arms.  These stupid organic crackers I bought for Alexander keep tempting me like crazy.  But will not go there. I'm losing roughly 1.5 per day (cheat day excluded).  If I stick to it 100% I'll be at 199 in.... 13 days...  on DEC 1! That would be the coolest.  If it stays that way... then by Dec 23rd I'd be 164.5? WOW.  I LOVE to think about the possibilities, it keeps me 100 percent on diet.  The only struggle is to actually eat the 500 calories.  I actually do force myself to eat.  I'm disgusted actually.  I sure wasn't expecting this side effect.  I'm also not hungry at all.  Period.  I do crave the crackers though, which is weird since I never really eat crackers to begin with.  Maybe because of my cheat night I'm detoxing carbs again.  I expect to lose this feeling also.  I feel like I'm getting sick of the protein though, because I'm forcing myself to eat.  It'd be nice to just not have to eat.
I never thought I'd think that way again.  The band was so tight for so long that I was always wanting to eat because I was hungry from not being able to eat anything but some slider foods (which I usually forced myself to avoid).  I'm a total carb addict.  I admit it.  Life isn't worth eating protein and veggies  LOL  JK
11/19 [218.0=-0.4] Well, I only lost .4 pound.  Bummed.  Feeling kinda sick today.  Nauseous, bone tired, etc.  Uggghhh...  LOL, I read what I just wrote (...only lost .4 pound) LOL I mean, hello!  I was stuck at a weight for 6-7months!!!  I need to learn to be more grateful and not have such a bad relationship with the scale!  Going to the hot mineral baths tomorrow. Not sure what I did wrong yesterday other than I ate an extra egg white last night and 1oz beef jerky.  Will follow everything by the book today to see if it helps.  Felt very sick, zero energy, nauseous, and totally uninterested in eating food at lunchtime.  I'm feeling pretty run-down today.  Alex woke me up at 4am throwing up, had to give him a shower.   Fun, Fun!!
11/20 [218.4=+0.4]!!! NOT in ketosis.  Feeling sick and crappy!
11/21 [218.0=-0.0] Well I'm still plateaued.  Been 100% on diet.  Drank over a gallon of water.  Have not pooped yet though. TOM should be sometime soon?? Tasted sauce in babe food 3 times. Ate a tidbit of bread.
11/22 [216.4=-1.6] I was stuck at 218 up until today.  That's a pretty long plateau.  On the other hand, I think my clothes are getting looser.  Well maybe that extra chicken breast last night helped me lose the weight.  I am in ketosis for sure now.
11/23 [215.8=-0.6]
11/24 [215.4 =-0.4]Started my injections (daily) today. Hopefully they work better? Ate 3 peices of hot dog yesterday and licked spoon of sauce 3 times. Also had some gum.  Drank 3/4 gallon. Craving carbs yesterday.
11/25 [215=-0.4]  Well I'm losing .4 everyday.  I guess the weightloss is stabilizing? I guess I'll take a .4 loss per day.  That means I'll lose 12 pounds a month, pretty good since I'm slowing inching toward the goal.  So at this rate, I'll be 203 by Christmas.  I was hoping to get under the 200s though. FitdayLog:Losing 1/2 pound per day :(  Did it all perfect.  I even cut out the lotion. Take MCT oil. Drink 3/4 to 1 gallon of water per day.  Reduced my veggies to a palmful only today. Intake only 350 Calories. Ate 1/2 shrimp from Liviu (cheat). Some hunger.
11/26 [214.2=-0.8] Called the doc about decreased weight loss.  She says to hang in there for a few more days until Monday, and see if it increases back up.  That I'm doing everything correctly.

10/12 [225-wii]  I visited Dr. Fitzpatrick on the 10th and got a complete unfill.  She took out 7.4cc's.   I ate salmon, chicken, and burgers with no problem.  I'm back on the LA plan since I can eat salad, chicken, salmon, bread, etc with out pain.
10/26 [226.8-scale] Well, I went back on LA plan, nothing positive was happening, instead I was gaining some weight!  So I'm on a modified Atkins type of diet (basically ingesting less than 20g of carbs and lowfat diet to boot).  It's working like they all do at first.  My goal is to lose 10 pounds by bandiversary in 3? weeks.  The doc said she expected me to come back the next month for a fill and that I'll most likely gain 10 pounds!  That is my other motivation for making this work.   I was down to 222 at some point but I don't remember when.  If I lose to 220-216 I'll be down 50 pounds from surgery date.  I was going to be a slower loser because I refused to give up anything.  I was tired of diets and looking for an easy fix I guess.  I didn't think I was at the time, but I realize that it is what I wanted.  I was always aware that this diet took determination and work but I didn't want to rearrange my insides and take the quicker fix.  I'll keep on running with the Wii and doing this Atkins-like diet and hopefully I'll meet my goal of 50 pounds lost.

La diet going so-so.  I love being able to eat so much.  It's all healthy stuff, but it's hard to eat it all in three meals, so I have to do it in 5 or 6.

Woohoo, all is apparently going well.  This averages 1700Calories, 46%Carbs,27%Fat,27%Prot.  I went to OldNavy and tried size14 and it would not go above my thighs.  Size 16 is tight but just right.  I'm lighter than LIVIU!  Woohoo, that has been one of my goals forever.  I'm pretty happy :)

Not much change... getting tighter.   I'm starting to get stuck on scrambled eggs, salmon, and salad again.  Might have to go for another unfill.

Getting even tighter.  I'm going to cottage cheese, tofu, and very soft veggies.  Having trouble with breads, solid protein, etc.  Getting stuck every day, sliming every other day, pb every other day :(  I made an appointment with Dr. Fitzpatrick for Oct 10.  I wonder if I can wait until then.  I am having reflux, every other day. My period was supposed to start, I wonder if I'm tighter because of that or because of losing weight?

7/1 [227.4]
I had some reflux last night, mild.  Today I started with one hot cup of tea, followed by 3oz tofu w/ teriyaki sauce. Tofu going down ok, no esophagus issues, i have to eat slooowly, peasized bites, and stop between bites. Then I ate 3/4 of a chicken breast patty burger w/mayo and tomato, I had some pressure, no stuck though.  Some avocado. drank 1.5cups of water in 5 minutes then experienced some mild reflux.  Very little reflux at night, but had es. spasms on off thru night.
7/2 [225.8]

1/2c.Protcereal,stuck hard!(ate2much,2fast). I drank H20 1hr after and it was slooowly going down. Restriction! I guess I swelled up! A few hours after I ate one egg and 1 sl. whlgrnbread with egg salad and went ok.  July4th party, I ate 2 mici, 1/2cup mashed potato, 35chips w/salsa all slid down like a dream!! No reflux.

Well all the meat I ate last night is still in my body, so I gained weight.  Made the huge mistake of trying a choc donut, ate fast, ate big got massively stuck for at least 40 minutes.  1cup cream soup went down ok. Water going down very slow 1 hr later.  Plenty of esoph spasms.  Tried chips and avocado like yesterday, they went down, but with esoph spasm feeling.  Tried tofu and meat, no go. Choc brwni went fine. lol  I was craving choc like crazy i guess without realizing it.  I'll have to go buy some 83%coco squares. No reflux.
7/7 [227.5]doc office
I went to get an unfill, and guess what? I had 8cc's in there!!!  I was only supposed to have 6cc's! NO WONDER I've been having so many issues!  I was able to eat normally the rest of the day.  I can't believe how great it is not to be scared to eat.  Not to wonder if I should just have soup.  I ate one crab cake, some mashed potatoes, and clam chowder and was full.  Comfortably satiated.  It is soooo wonderful!

7/22 [225.8LaWeightloss(lost 4? in first two days)]
I was overfilled for two months, and PB'd and got stuck constantly.  Had one unfill and it wasn't enough, at TOM I get so tight I should do only liquids.  Had another unfill.  This time he told me I had 3cc over what I was charted to have had after the unfill.  My weight went down at the rate of 1.5 pounds a week while I was too tight.  I can't do that for the rest of my life! So he gave me an unfill of .5cc.  Now I have no restriction, and can finally eat scrambled eggs, salmon, and chicken again!  Woohoo! On the other hand I can eat about 1.5-2cups of food.  4-5oz protein, a cup of veggies, and small bit of carbs. 
Compared to how I was eating before I feel like I'm overeating.  I still want to lose weight, but am afraid of being afraid to eat again. I didn't even realize I was getting scared to eat.  I feel so good now, no PB's, very rare stuckage, but do eat more than 1/2cup.
I rejoined LA Weightloss and all the food they're having me eat is crazy!  I have to eat like 6 small meals to fit it all in.  I have no idea how I can lose weight eating so much!  But!  I'm L O V I N G being able to eat a small meal, feel satisfied, and feel happy. I never thought I'd be so happy to eat salad!  Am I doing the right thing or should I tighten up the band and have the benefits of restriction as well as more PB's, and stuckages? I'll find out if I end up gaining weight.

Doing very well following the LA plan.  It's hard to eat all the food, especially since I start eating only about 11-12pm.  Very minor heartburn if I eat too much, I'm still trying to figure out portion sizes.

06/09 [231.0]  I threw up very badly  for the first time ever for about one minute yesterday (EVIL, EVIL scrambled eggs, brussel sprouts?), so it will be liquidy stuff for me the next few days.  I'm still sticking to the program though!
Day One:

06/10-06/15  Tight, tight, tight.  Mostly liquids.
06/16  Uuugghh.... still on liquids... maybe I can't ride this out.  I haven't even gotten my period yet, but I am tight.  My period was due.  This is something that should be researched for us women that have irregular periods.  Since I get tight at TOM, I must be having some of the changes happen, but not all (bleeding), weird.
06/17 [229.6] Getting a little looser, but still pretty tight. Considering more of an unfill.  Yesterday I ate protein cereal without a problem.  Today, I'm stuck on it.  I started eating it after 2 cups of water. I wonder if that makes a dif. I measured 1 cup, ate 1/2cup.  Maybe I am full?  I don't feel hungry anymore.. Yep, I was full. 
06/18[228] Definitely looser now.  I was able to eat chicken breast, turkey wrap, even eggs.  woohooo!
06/29 I'm super tight again.  I've been tight for 4 days now.  I'm sooo sick of this!!! I just tried eating the chicken and tofu from a chinese dish.  It was soaked in juices, I reheated it in the microwave by adding 1/4c of water to it.  You'd think that's enough moistness????  NO!  It scratched going down (pea-sized bites, chewed 20-30 times).  Stuck episodes. Took me 40 minutes to eat ONE tofu and ONE small strip of chicken!   Ok, by now I'm feeling pretty heart-burny so I give up.  I went and drank 1/4 cup of whole milk and it felt sooo good going down.  It soothed my throat.  So I made some real oatmeal with whole milk, and guess what??? The 1.5cups went down without a problem!!!  After the hell with the chicken and tofu!  Aaarrrgghhh, maybe I'll never learn this band and how it works!  So am I too tight? Am I just eating the wrong foods? Am I doing this all wrong??? Two hours later.... Having some reflux  :((( I took two tums and feel better, but it seems like I'm tasting tums for an hour.  I think they're trying to come back up??

Well I was a little looser today.  I had some miso noodle soup, and a sandwich with turkey breast and melted swiss and tomato.  It did not go down easy, and I had some weird sensations in my esophagus, but it did go down and stay down.  I don't know what to say...

I bought some size 16 jeans at Old Navy. They're pretty tight, but they do go on and close! It doesn't feel like an NSV because I feel like I should be so much further along... I bought some South Beach frozen dinners to supplement my diet. I will try logging food to see if I can get into the losing mode again. Ugghhh....
05/09/2008 [231 pounds] -39 lost ****6-month BANDIVERSARY*****
Well... six months have gone by.  I've lost 35.4pounds since surgery day, 39 since my all-time high.  (Yes, I know I've hit the 1-2pound a week goal dang it!!)  I went from size 20 Lane Bryant to size 16(tight) Old Navy.  I couldv'e been waaay further in the process if I'd stuck to the diet (1/4c food 3xday), but I refused to diet.  I listened to my body and if I was hungry (no restriction), I ate.  I didn't deny myself anything, just ate in moderation.  It's the way I wanted to approach this, I was tired of extreme diets, losing then gaining, losing then gaining more.  I want to figure out a way to live with this band of mine without having it dictate my life.

Am I happy I did this? Well, I wish I was one of those people that lose weight  like CRAZY,  but since I'm not, I'm content.  Not happy about it, but content.  If I exercise, I lose.  If I don't, I don't.  That's been my journey so far in a nutshell. The effort I put in equals the results I receive.  Personally, for my body, I get mediocre results with mediocre effort :P

I encourage all "turtle" newbies out there not to get frustrated or depressed about their slow loss...  My skin looks great still, my over-hanging stomach is now lifting itself back up so I have no more line there that has fat folded over, my whole stomach is starting to look pretty flat :)  I think I have abs under there!!!  My inner thigh skin is keeping up to the weight loss, it's not hanging (though it could be because that's the second place my fat resides).  I'm losing the hip-fat roll, it's smoothing out to curvey goodness...  My breasts haven't lost their size unfortunately.  Got all my labs back and every single number except one have gone down tremendously.  The biggest difference is in the liver tests.  I've gone from numbers in the 40s to in the 10s.  There are healthy things happening inside that I can't see, but are good for me!

Fill was great, only 1cc went in this time, I hope it's not temporary because of tom.  I can definitely feel a difference when I drink, because it doesn't go down as easy as always.  I had one chicken strip from Carls Jr. and was full.  That was after a day of nothing but some protein water.  Then 1/2 string cheese went down at night, so I stupidly tried some deli turkey breast.  Even being careful it got stuck, and took about an hour to go down.  I'll have to be sooo careful now.  I'm superglad :) I'll start back going to the gym this week.

Aaackk!!  Holey Fill Three! I 1c. tomato soup, 1pkt of 15gm protein drink, and 1 cup of water in today.  I have to sip the water like crazy.  I can't gulp or I will slime on water.  I'm now stuck on either a miniscule piece of mushroom or onion.  It's been over an hour now, and I'm still feeling pressure and sliming, so I sent hubby to go get some mineral water.  I just have to, I need to go to sleep sometime!  I've sure forgotten what restriction's like.  I feel like I did just after surgery when even sipping was hard.  I don't know if I should call them and get an unfill or wait out this TOM crap.
04/05 [238.4]
Ugghhh... only clear liquids yesterday.  I've been a bit looser today.  Able to drink in bigger sips, slowly though.  Ate one piece of toast, one hot cup of soup so far. I ate 3oz of really soft tilapia, but it felt like it was stuck when it was going down, but I kept eating and I didn't feel like throwing up.  So I don't know...
04/06 [237.2]
I am eating 4 oz of tilapia this am, after hot tea.  We'll see how much of it I can eat.  Took two BIG gulps of tea, and it does feel like it is pooling some, but not too bad.  Well ended up eating 4-5 bites of tilapia and 1/2cup tea, that's it.  Lunch is some italian roast beef w/ mayo and mustard, not eating the bread. I chew it 20-30 times, but it goes down slow, I have to wait about 3-4min after I swallow to start another bite.

Well, I had some trouble w/ a cup of tomato soup.  Have to do it really slow, feels like it's pooling.  One chicken nugget, but the last bite was either too fast or not chewed enough and stuck for a loooong time.  At night I tried hummus on top of mashed up tofu w/ balsamic vinegar, and it was a no-go.  I then tried a cup of HOT milk, and that was semi-successful, but I felt the food all night.  I guess no more trying to eat so late.

Brkfst: 1.5?oz tilapia and 2tbsp of avocado went down just fine, no pain, no scratchy, nothing.  I took pea-sized bites, chewed 20-30 times.  I'll try water after an hour.  Woohooo!!  Was at class thru lunch and ate 4 chick nuggets from BK (uugghh) slowly w/ no problem.  Came home and had tofu fried in Teriyaki sauce, again no problem.  Wooohoooo!!!!  I'm so happy.  All I have to do is eat slooowly now, and chew, and small bites.  I'll try salad tomorrow :)

TOM over.  Able to drink 1 cup of water in a couple minutes now, Awesome!  Able to eat anything as long as I chew well and eat slow.  Portion control is great right now, I haven't PB'd or felt uncomfortable because of eating too much.  Dried out Pork goes down pretty easy.  Tilapia (in butter) goes down ok, I have to be more careful.  Haven't tried salad yet. Ate pork and lasagna... had some heartburn I think, but I'm not sure.  I'll have to stop eating 3 hours before bed.

Can't believe I lost a pound with all the food I ate last night.  Ok, it was like a cup of food, but it felt like a lot especially given how little I've eaten this last week.  I'm going to try to eat mainly protein and veggies until my 6-month bandiversary.  I also vow to not have ANY sweets!!! And to exercise every day. Oh and drink 8 glasses of water.  Fitday, here I come!

I lost even more weight.  Unbelieveable.  Yesterday I ate more carbs than protein, but I still lost weight.  So cool! I'm definitely restricted.  I think if I eat too much I have heartburn, but I'm not sure.  I mean eating more than 5-6 bites.  I can only eat 1 scrambled egg before I *think* I feel full.  (Or 1/4 of a bagel.  Or 4-6 bites of anything.)  That's it.  Nothing else.  If I eat more, I start feeling this weird heartburning type feeling at the bottom of my esophagus.  Measured out, that's about a 1/4c.  Am I having first-bite syndrome?(I drink HOT tea right before I eat.) Are these typical bandster sizes?  I was expecting to eat 1-1.5cups...    I'm not complaining here, I'm finally losing weight like mad, but I'm trying to figure out the difference between head hunger and real hunger and I'm afraid I don't know the difference at this point...  So  I'm reasoning that if you guys say it's too little, then it must be real hunger.    HELP, I'd hate to eat around the band by eating slooowly for an hour just to finish!

Ate 1 baby cuke, 1 large cherry tomato, 1 sl. turkey pastrami, .5oz cream chz, 1/4th bagel throughout the day.  At night, ate 2oz pork pot roast, 3/4 of a muffin(kill me now)! Now (1am) extremely thirsty, drank 1 cup water, feeling heartburn.  Did not feel before drinking.  Maybe the heartburn is directly tied in to the amount of food I eat whether it is liquid or not.

Ok, what I had today, was honest to GOD, horrible heartburn with a huge headache on top, and probably dehydration on top of that.  I felt soooo miserable, that I can't stand it.  I made an appointment with Fitzpatrick tomorrow in Eugene to get a slight unfill.  This is horrible.  I was finally able to eat sloooowly 1/4c pasta, some goldfish and finally felt fine.  I just drank some water (1.5hrs after food) and am starting to feel the heartburn.  UUUGGHHH, I can't wait for tomorrow!

WWAAAHOOOO! My unfill went soooo great!  She didn't numb me at all!  She just stuck the huge needle in!  The numbing stuff usually hurts waay more usually!  She took 0.25cc out and I feel like I'm in heaven!!!!  I was able to drink 3 cups of water in about 5 minutes, I was soooo thirsty!  I am now eating a LeanCuisine Panini and doing it using bandster methods, nothing is getting stuck! Nothing is refluxing! Nothing is heartburning!  OMG, I am so HAPPY!! Hallelujah!  Will keep updating on the unfill from heaven.  Oh, apparently the reason I my knee is hurting so bad is because I have patellofemoral pain syndrome.  I will be starting physical therapy.  The reason my pain usually went away after water aerobics is because that is excellent therapy for it!  I am restricted from any aerobic machines until this is healed.  I ate a small slice of orange and apple and them immediately drank a huge gulp of water and... slight pressure, gone in a couple seconds.  Yay!!

My birthday today!!
Gak!  It's been ?four? days since I've done any kind of exercising!  Husband and baby down with bad colds. I'm run down from taking care of them and 4 elderly ladies at once and cleaning house!    I weigh 244 pounds today.  I hope I am at goal weight next year, preferably 155pounds or so :P  That said, I will get my butt back to the gym as soon as I stop pulling double duty here at home, hopefully tomorrow!

Well not much happened this month! as far as weight loss.  I've been eating waaaay too big portions, and am hungry frequently.  I get stuck or PB still, but I don't see a ryme or reason, I think it's my eating habits. I stopped going to the gym this month and you see the results.... no weight loss!  AAARRRGGGG!!!  When will this band kick the hell in???

***LowerBody/20min bike***I'm feeling this really weird feeling in the back of my throat like there's food there. If I lay down, it feels like I have food coming up. It's really weird. And sometimes I have this weird fluttery feeling between my chest and my throat. I wonder if it's stress? or esophageal spasms? It's very disconcerting.

***Cardio 45min***Well when I finally went to bed to try to sleep, I found out that if I laid on my right I could barely feel the problem. I think I overate? yesterday? I decided my one cheat of the week would be chocolate, so I had a handful of raisinets. Maybe they clogged something up? I dunno, so I'm going to do a couple days of liquids to see if the problem clears up.

I did almost all liquids all day yesterday, the problem was a bit better until I had two peices of pork and some bbq sauce. I'm doing all liquids again today to see if it will get better. I haven't felt the free fall feeling quite as much and the lump in the throat feeling is like I wrote above. On the plus side I weighed 247? this morning.

***30min bike***Uggghhh! Why do I do this to myself. I forgot to watch portions and ate twice the carbs I usually do. I felt so miserable, I went to the gym and really felt nauseous and all tingly in the face but managed to do 30min of the bike :( I couldn't lay down cause it felt like my food was coming up, so I stayed up til 2am :(

I've got to work on getting portion control working again. My right shoulder is hurting like crazy so I could only do chest and triceps. I felt awesome after the hard cardio session!

I find myself feeling pretty guilty if I miss my time at the gym, I never thought I'd see the day again! My knees still hurt, especially the left one. My weight was awesome today, wooohooo! I think it's because after the cardio session yesterday, I didn't eat chocolate or something like that, I ate 1oz cheese instead. GO ME!

Met a new doc today. He was so nice! The nurse did the novacaine thing which didn't hurt at ALL! She says she's way more gentle than the doc, and boy is that the truth! The new doc spent a long time explaining everything I already know from this site. I have a total of 5cc's in my band now. I asked him to put 3cc's in and then I felt this really weird pressure and water started coming up, so he put in only 2cc's and that sees perfect. I can swallow liquids ok, it seems like I should just go a bit slower than usual. Woohoo, I'm so ready to see what this fill will do. I know it probably won't do much, but I'm still excited. :)

We are doing the Valentines thing tomorrow. The second fill feels fine. I'll be doing liquids until 1, then on regular food. I might do mushies.
HOLY TOLEDO, restriction. I just PB'd a mushy spinach and artichoke dip. I had half a sandwich and almost PB'd, I was able to keep it in though. Wow, I have to learn how to eat now!!

It was SO COOL! l I'm able to eat without getting stuck as much now, but I think the TOM is over also.
