His office staff is very helpful and kind. They will help with anything you need or need to know. He feels aftercare is very, very important. He has a very structured aftercare program. He explained all the risks of surgery. The staff goes an extra mile to help you succeed afterwards. I rate him overall as excellent, staff included. I believe his surgical competence and bedside manner are great. "
