So for me my week starts on Sunday... my normal routine is to get up take a shower get dressed and schedule out my clients sm post for the day/week ...emails for the week and create website templat...

So who els is looking at the BMI tracker like what da .... 31 lbs gone but BMI is still over 50... according to National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute and the CDC ...

So how was your holiday? Mine was cool I went and seen my mom to celebrate her 102 birthday went to a cookout... had one at my house for the kids and went to see the fireworks... I really couldn't ...

2 more ounces gone... and I am so happy to see them go too... I know people tell you to stay off the scale but the scale helps me to see what is going on... As long as I am going down I don't care ...

Well I lost two more lbs... only 1 more to go for this week... today is a rest day from exercise so I will not be working out... I do plan on going to to a cookout today even though I can't eat any...

I am so happy that I can officially say that not only am I under 300 I am now 289... yahhhh mee... I have been trying to get under 300 lbs for 6 months... I would lose a few and gain them back over...
