Wow, has it really been that long? How time flies!!!
I recently quit smoking - actually 6 months ago and have gained 14 pounds. For a gastric bypass person that is traumatic!!!
I need to focus on getting it off.
I weigh in at 145 which isn't bad all things considered but I would like to get down to 134 again as that was my goal and I felt my best at that weight.
I've been avoiding Curves lately - I'm a bad girl![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/nono.gif)
Life is normal now so I need to be extremely careful and get this weight off b/4 it has a chance to become an issue.
I can eat a lot if I allow myself to. The only food I can't touch is ice cream and for that I am happy.
Please understand that this surgery can change your life for the better but not without you working for it.
I wish all of you "Losers" a wonderful journey!!!
