Hi Everyone! Barb went home from the hospital on Friday, but is now back in. Her temperature was up and she was filling with fluids. She went back on Sunday when they did a leak test and thought they found a micro-tear so Dr. Bonanni operated again to repair it. Unfortunately, he couldn't find it even after pumping air through her stomach so he did another line of staples around the stomach. She is currently in the critical care unit but will hopefully move to a regular room tomorrow. I will be seeing her again after work tomorrow evening so I will update on her progress again then. Please say a prayer for her speedy recovery. Stacy

Hi everyone! I went to see Barb at the hospital yesterday and she looked great for only being one day out of surgery! She had gotten up and walked (but not while I was there) and was drinking her one ounce an hour while I was there. She looks great, here's to a speedy recovery!

Barbara - I pray GOD (the ultimate physician) will bless you with an uneventful recovery. Just lean on HIM and let HIM carry you through this part of your journey as well as everything else and I promise you HE will never leave you or forsake you. -

Hi everyone. I got a phone call this afternoon from Barb's daughter saying that Dr. Bonanni called and said that everything went well and that she was in recovery. I'm going to go see her tomorrow (Wednesday afternoon) and once I am home will post another update. Hope everyone keeps Barb in their prayers for a speedy recovery. Stacy
