I don't have anything to say about the surgeon, but I've been calling someone in his office named Lisa for 2 days and she has not called me back. I left anothermessage today.rnrnToday is 12/11/2007, and I'm getting very upset with Riverside surgical. My insurance tells me that my adjustments are covered now and because they have had problems with BCBS covering this in the past, they want me to pay $200 upfront and then let them file it for me. My insurance says that they should file first. I've called and spoken to the office manager and given them a number to call my insurance to confirm that the procedure is fully covered now, but they refuse to call me back. I would hate to think that they just want money and are not looking out for the interest of their patiens."
