"Dr. Lord is a busy man who didn't seem to have much time for his patients. My initial visit with him was so fast. I felt like a cow being herded through a fence. My Pre-Op visit wasn't even with him, it was with his Physician's Assistant. On the other hand, his team is great. Each one of them was always very quick to reply to a phone call or email. I felt very informed going into my sugery. We were provided with 3 ring binders full information, shopping lists, guides, recipes, and instructions. During my 3 day hospital stay, I was very pleased to see Dr. Lord visit my room each day. Again, his visits were short, but he was there. I recommend his program to anyone. "

They provide HUGE toilets for those of us who are larger, the beds are also big and roomy. My nurses were out of this world. I was taken care of and treated like a baby.
