The journey begins

Found out yesterday-surgery date tentatively scheduled. Knowing this makes my decision all very real. I know iI have made the right choice but, I have a little anxiety and fear about it. I worry about complications, the permanency of it, how I will manage to incorporate exercise into my already busy life. The other thing I worry about is what I will actually look like. I have been overweight for a long time. I am curious to see the woman buried under all this excess weight.

Also wonder how others will react to my new, smaller self. Wonder if I will feel better and have more energy....so many questions
