Bruce - First of all, let me say "congratulations" on your WLS success! I'm writing today in response to your post on the Message Board, regarding your job situation. Hon, you are ONLY 48 years old. I know you have 20 years on the job, but in today's job market "job hopping" is not viewed as poorly as it used to be. Believe me, you'll be much better of changing jobs now while you still have a job and one that you are not completely disillusioned with (yet). You'll be a much better interview for prospective employers if you express your desire for change in a positive note...not in a note of desperation or in anger over putting up with too much "stuff" from your current job. I am 37 years old, my ex-husband is 42. He thinks he's too old to change jobs or careers. He's miserable but so afraid of change...says he's "too old." Hog wash! Believe in yourself and your abilities. Use your new-found good health to boost your career change possibilities. Best of luck to you. - Anna
