Its been a long time since I posted. I am now 3 yrs, 4mos out and still doing quite well. Glad to say this has been the best thing, without a doubt, that I have ever done for myself. I feel absolutely great, look good, have self confidence and am never going to look back. I urge anyone who is considering this to do a lot of research, make sure you have support and do a lot of thinking to make sure it is the right decision for you. It has changed my life to a degree I cant describe. I am still maintaing at around 220 pounds, am starting a new workout program which would kick a 25 y/os butt and hope to be back down to around 200 pounds by mid June. Be sure you are willing to make the changes in your lifestyle that are necessary to make this tool work for you before you make your decision. You cant just have the procedure and expect it to do all the work for you. Good luck to all considering this. It will change your life.
