"My first impression of Dr. Genaw is he is a no nonsense, tell you like it is kind of guy. He wont sugar coat things and tell you things you want to hear. He is direct and to the point. However he will take time to talk to you and make sure you understand the procedure and what you are in for. I like the fact that he will take time and talk you, not doctor to patient but person to person. His office staff have all been very kind and more than helpful in setting up other appointments, etc. I have been seen on time at all my appointments by all doctors, no waiting in the lobby forever. This helps when scheduling around work schedules and othe things. He will make sure you are well informed about the surgery and the risks of the surgery. My trust level of Dr. Genaw is high, as he is confident and has left no questions unanswered. I have had no unpleasant experiences while doing the things required of me to have the surgery. I have been pleased with my experience, and can only hope my good experience will continue."
