One step at a time...

I've been walking every day after work. I have a hard time staying motivated...thank god I have people in my life that push me! I can't wait till the day I have the energy to push myself. It would be so easy to not walk...all this weight pounds on all my joints, its painful! I broke my left ankle 10 years ago, that's when I gained most of my weight. Never really healed right, then 3 years ago I broke my right ankle, 4 operations, 2 steel plates and 7 screws later I'm still struggling with it. Both breaks were when I decided to start exercising...was doing good getting up and doing it...then, bam broke an ankle! This is tough, can’t help but think I’m going to break something else… uhg!
