"I have only met Dr Kam one time and he was great. I wasn't sure I was going to luck out and like the first surgeon I met. He was very forth right and answered all our questions. The staff they have in MI was very friendly and seemed to be well informed. As I haven't had my surgery yet I can only go now on what my first impression was and I feel comfortable in allowing him to go ahead. I had to go to MI since my ins. won't allow me to stay in OH. He informed me that there were other places in OH besides the Barix Clinic here I told him I had done my research on those places and the staff seemed to not like to work with an over weight patient. His staff has contacted me to let me know what I need as far as my ins. goes as well as how I am doing to prepare. rnrnrnI am now two weeks out from my surgery and wanted to let people know that Dr Kam is probably the best dr I have ever met. He was right there the whole time and made sure I had every question answered and was so knowledgeabole about the whole process that it would be impossible for me to not be at ease."
"This hospital was just what I needed, the staff was great they treated my family with respect and they were always right on the spot for whatever I needed. My only complaint is the mattresses needed to be a little thicker, there was no comfortable spot once you got up and about. Was the only reason I was glad to go home."
