Hi, my name is Beth. I'm almost 25 and live in South East Texas... Moved here about a year ago from the Great State of Michigan. I have been over weight most of my teenage and all of my adult years. Guess I just got USE to always eating unhealthy foods and pops, not fitting into "Normal" sized clothes, being made fun of, not fitting into booths at restuarants, roller coasters, airplane seats, not being able to enjoy playing with my kids out of per exhustion, and one deteriorating health issue after another. But not anymore, I'm tired of being all those negative things. So after seeing myself in a few pictures from Christmas 2008, that was enough! I started on my WL journey. I was all gung ho in January 09 after I met with Dr. Steggeman from Innova Hospital and then my insurance started its CRAP, so I gave up, after I had done all my blood work, Sleep Lab, and Pshy. Eval. Went and talked with my PC and he suggested me trying to just excersise at a Physical Therapy Place, didn't work and I was so discouraged after 3 months, I gave up again... Guess thats the story of my life to just GIVE UP, but like up above says... NOT ANYMORE!! I can't, I have Myself, a WONDERFUL Husband, and Two BEAUTIFUL Kidos to not GIVE UP ON ANYMORE!! So here I am again giving this a go ahead.
