7 weeks out

It has been 7 weeks since I had surgery and I am not eating correctly or exercising.  I had my first fill  8/25 and I have no restriction . I am really mad at myself because I am eating any and everything I weigh 280 this has to be what they call BANISTERS HELL. I need to get my but back on track I keep telling myself that I will do it tomorrow but tomorrow has not come yet . I have lost 20lb's so far and have about 80 more to go. GOD please help me from myself I said this is what I wanted and you blessed me with what I asked for Know I just need the motivation to see this thing to the end.
