Today was my one week post-op visit and I'm down 12 lbs. I can't believe how good I feel. I have been on stage 2 diet for about a week and I feel wonderful...I guess that'll happen when your fat arse isn't stuffed with junk and carbs.
I was consumed with food and now I'm free. I treated my body like a garbage can and now I feel like I can finally let go of my addiction. My body is my temple and I will honor it.
Life is wonderful - I never want to lose this feeling.
