a little over 13 months out...

Well, I have been encouraged to post a blog on my weight loss success to date. What a great idea! Why didn't I think of that!?
A lot has been going on in the past couple months, my hubby deployed to Iraq, I moved back to MN from GA. I'm working now and very involved in other activities with my church and stuff. Life is a bit crazy, a little emotional, tough being married almost 5 years and not having that one I love beside me everyday. BUT in the midst of all of that I count my many blessings!
I have lost 235 pound so far! Man do I feel it too! I am so much more active, confident, adventurous, and just content with myself and where I am at! 
I still would like to lose more, but right now I don't have an actual number. My focus was too much on a number and not on how I felt about myself and the great progress I  made. 
SO there is more to lose and I hope to have some plastics in my future, but today I am happy and I am blessed!
