2 years out how many caleries should we be in to n - I'm within my 10 lb cushin but I don't want to be this close   Geee

new tattoo :) - I decided to do a tribute  to the man who saved my life 200lbs down 12 to go.... also its the hand all food goes to my mouth with lmao ...    

starting my iron infusions tuesday - ok so I am  25 months out 12 lbs away from goal -200lbs:)  just got diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypertension  bp around 90/40 average .... my labs came back :( as follows iron........

Before/after 2 years postop - Hi just wanted to share some recent photos and post on here Its been a year , so here I go 25 months out :) 187.9.lbs down starting weight was 421 now down to 212.1:)  (well 400.2 ...
