"I officially met Dr. Coates on Friday, July 20, 06 for my pre-op appointment. He was very down to earth and listen to my concerns. He advise me of the risk with the surgery but he made me comfortable with him performing the surgery. Due to a previous surgery I had performed he advise me that he will have to take a little longer for the procedure. The office staff are great! we had a wonderful time. "
