1 month post op

Monday I went to my one month post op appointment. They all had great things to say about me. They even called me an A+ patient! The only thing they said was to up my water intake. That is something I am really struggling with, but I know I can do it. They said I have lost 11% of my body mass... or something like that...? lol.

I have lost a total of 43 pounds & 31 since surgery. Tomorrow it will officially be a month. How exciting is that????
